Fittrack Defective Scale, No Refund, No Replacement Toronto

I bought this scale on 24 May 2021 and didn't receive it until 21 June 2021. It has been an issue ever since I had it. I had it for two months and it wasn't acting correctly. I started contacting customer service from September up until now. They stated they would send me a replacement and I still haven't received it. They keep stating the issue is the app when it’s the scale. The only way to communicate with them is through their email that takes several days for responses and through Facebook. They have no phone number. I had to ask for the address.

There are so many angry customers complaining on Facebook and on their website reviews about not receiving their initial order, a replacement, or a refund. I wanted a replacement at first but it's taking months to get it, so I asked them for a refund and they're playing games over the emails responding back that it's once again an app issue.

The scale doesn't give accurate weigh-ins. It doesn't change daily, and you must remove the battery every weigh-in to calibrate it. My husband weighed in on the scale and got the weight I was the previous day. I weighed in after him and got the same weight. The scale is defective and has nothing to do with the app. They stated they tried to credit my paypal and the refund was rejected which was a lie and asked for my paypal email. I gave it to them and they still haven't processed my refund.
