Joining Fitworks was prosperous for a time, until my job changed as well as my hours. Working from 8-8 left my time unknow to the gym, especially with a toddler son. Half of their center have no daycare providers after 8pm and before work is impossible when my husband works night shift.

I called and explained my situation and even provided a letter from my employer. I was truly stuck. I got a call back and said I could not cancel and would have to continue paying. I was pretty upset and explained once again I had a son...and their centers were not flexible enough to watch children after 8pm. The lady told me it was my problem and hung up.

Truly angry, I cancelled them from my credit card and started recieving bills from ASF, quit higher than what I was paying monthly too, by $20.00 more a month. I've called for explanations and only recieved threats of it being charged off on my flawless credit report.

I've been trying to call Fitworks Corp and left numerous messages, but no call back.

I NEED HELP! Why is my bill $20.00 more a month and longer than the stated contract and why am I being discriminated against for being a working mother that cant make it to the gym by 5?
