Complaint Review: Fitzgerald Subaru dealership

Fitzgerald Subaru dealership Service is a rip off. No matter what problem you come it with they tell you that they have found a new problem that will cost at least $1,000 to fix Kennsington, Maryland

This is the third time we brought our Subaru to the dealership for specific service (tires this time).  A few days after taking the car home each time we encountered another problem (check engine light went on again, shimmy, etc.).  Each time the dealership denied any reponsibillity.

I was suspicious of their claims so I brought my car to an independent mechanic who said they were indeed at fault.

I am trying to get satisfaction now.

I would strongly suggest not using them for service unless you have an infinite budget and an infinite amount of pateince for being cheated.
