Fitzone, ExerWise WomanFitzone, ExerWise Woman ripoff, not honoring contracts, unauthorized EFT Piscataway New Jersey
Do not join this gym! I signed up for one year, paid it in full. And hand wrote modifications to the contract stating that we want 1 year ONLY and not a monthly commitment. They renewed my membership without my permission and are now billing me for something I didn't ask for. When confronted with the issue and with the contract changes, they got rude, ugly, threatened to turn the accountover to collections and hung up the phone. I hope they go out of business just like the previous occupants of the building; USA SportsPark.
If you are interested in weights only, I suggest the Apollon Gym in Edison (about 3 miles from FitZone) and it's cheap ($250/year) with zero hassles, nice people and it's open 365 days a year and has better hours than Fitzone. If you are into the full healthclub thing, go to Richochet which is 1 1/2 miles away from the Fitzone. But by all means, stay away from the slime at this place.

In response to Tony's letter:
First of all, Tony was never a member. Tony's wife Zarida was the member. Apparently, Tony never read his wife's contract. She signed up for a yearly contract, with automatic renewal, which was discussed and initialed by his wife at the time she joined the facility. When Tony was educated as to the terms of the contract, he became very irrate and began yelling at the employees in the billing department. Making up stories about terms being written into the contract, and the horrible things that the business did to you are just angry lies. We have the contracts to prove all written here. Sometimes when people do not want to accept their misunderstandings, they feel that they need to attack everyone around them. Sometimes it is better to be responsible for your own mistakes.
