Complaint Review: Five Brothers Property Preservation

Beware of Five Brothers.  This company has just been fired by Reverse Mortgage Services, one of their biggest clients.  This is a dishonest company and all of the reps and managers will continually lie to you.  They will promise you one price for a job, and then adjust that price, if they even pay you, because they feel that the job was not worth what they said they were going to pay you.  They will constantly send you emails all day, every day, because they do not look at pictures; they only look at your report and if they dont understand something, they will send you a hundred emails, and in the end, they will not pay you.  They will constantly ask you to put in bids for items, and never even give you the go ahead with ANY of the work.  This is why reverse mortgage services fired them.  I work with Reverse Mortgage Services now, through their new servicer, and almost every bid and clean out we request gets ok'd.  They were not even reporting anything to the companies and keeping all of the money for themselves.  I stopped working for them a month ago and they are refusing to pay the last $3,000 to me because they feel they have the right to do that.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
