theses guys are crooks, they would steel from their own grand-mother,I did two ten thousand leases with these folks, then told me it was a one dollar buy out at the end of the lease, not true, they preach 1 dollar buy
out one the phone. but they sent you papper work for a fair market value lease.after paying 36 payments to them on time they tell me i dont have a one dollar buy out, that i have a fair market value lease. after paying them 14,000 dollars one a 10,000 lease they want me to sent the equipment back to them,or pay them an additional 4000,00 dollars to keep the equipment.
that 8,000 dollars intrest to borrow 10,000. 18,000 total, just ON one lease, WHAT A SCAM WHAT A SCAM WHAT A SCAM!
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN, THESE PEOPE MAKE IT A POINT TO TRAIN THERE STAFF TO DO THESE TYPE OF LEASES. read other employe coments on this page.thay get paid more when they decieve you.. DO NOT DO ANY LEASES WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL BE VARY VARY SORY, THESE PEOPLE NEED A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. ANY ONE INTERESTED !

We have been in contact with the CEO of Five Point Capital and discussed our problem with the company. He agreed to honor the $ 1.00 buy out that was promised us during our leasing processes. We received the paperwork today and will return it to him asap.
Mr. Wells is an honorable man and has worked diligently with us to make things
right.he is a great business man. I hope he does well,

he sent us the one dollar buy out. what a great deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
