Complaint Review: Five Point Capital

Seriously unprofessional people at Five Point Capital. I already knew that the "platinum $100K credit line card" they mailed me was bogus, but I was by no means ready for the MOUNTAIN of paperwork they wanted from me just to get approved.

Finally, when we did get approved, the scumbags kept "baiting and switching" different terms and trying to RIP US OFF with high residuals, high payments and a high lease factor. Scumbags.

A few months into the lease they started threatening legal action if we didn't comply with more and more stupid requests because they were scared we would not be able to make our payments. Jerks - we weren't late yet, so why sweat us?
