On September 9, 2015 Five Seasons Wine Company/Vinesse took money from my account $177.51. They had no athority to do so and did so without my knowledge or permission. I did make contact with them by phone, they apologized and said they would reimburse but never did. I have since repedidly try to contact them by phone, and by certified mail (multiple times). There has been no response or compensation.
