Complaint Review: Five Sons Winery

SHUT UP!  Good God I'm so sick and tired of hearing the same thing over and over again,  "He owned it."  "No, she owned it."  "He owned it THEN she owned it."  Who the F cares???  They are marrried!  She owns it/he owns it...WHATEVER!  It's disgusting the constant social media attacks against his family after you all complained about a few tweets!  This is a couple who went through a nightmare and are still together!  All of you who are throwing stones at her for keeping HER family together should take a good long look at themselves!

I went to school with Juli and she was happy as a clam when she was with this family, she did this after things went south for her and since she admitted she seduced him on TV I don't blame his wife for hating her.  WHAT THE HELL!

GET OVER IT!  

If he cheated on his wife with THAT I will eat my shorts!  His wife is hot .

Julianna Cuccaro AKA Juli Cuccaro from Brockport NY arrested and indicted on felony drug charges in Virginia.  Suspended drivers license with multiple violations.  Make sure you do a background check on this individual prior to employment or contract agreement.  

 I have worked with the owners of Five Sons Winery since they opened in a marketing scope. Needless to say I was shocked when this all happened and I felt the need to reassess my future relationship with them. I did back off for a while, read all the reports and followed the news. At the end something just didn't seem right. My past dealings with Adam and Aimee were wonderful. It bothered me almost all charges were dropped, this didn't go to trial or anything. It concerned me the girl agreed to all but 1 charge being dropped. It can't be because she was afraid to testify because she went on live TV and said she seduced him. I am not attacking her, I'm simply stating the facts. I decided to restart our business relationship a few months ago and I am happy I did. They are great people with a fantastic family. I love their business as I have returned with my family who all enjoy it. I am not sure what really happened, all I know is I have had only positive experiences with this business and family. This is my perspective, for what it's worth.

Adam repeatedly confessed in a court of law, after swearing an oath on the Bible. He did it. Slandering the victim will not change reality.

Statements from the court room -

“I did it,” Mesiti said in court. “She didn’t lie.”

Cardone said the victim of the crime has been unfairly vilified and blamed on Facebook by many of Mesiti’s supporters.

The judge read from more letters of support for Mesiti, and most faulted the victim while extolling Mesiti’s good character.

“I’m nauseous at the fact people are left with the impression the system screwed an innocent man,” Sheldon said. “I don’t want these people to walk out of here and think you got screwed.”

The judge told Mesiti the victim “was a troubled 16-year-old that you took advantage of.” She said Mesiti should have shown restraint.

“I don’t care that she is troubled and provocative,” Sheldon said. “You are the man. You have to walk away.”

The judge approved an order of protection for the victim from Mesiti and his family.

The facts speak volumes. There is only one victim, and it certainly isn't Adam. 

 I saw the news report Julie did after the guy pled guilty. WTF? What victim goes on TV like that and says she seduced the guy......says, things should not have gone the way they did and claims she was raped? What? Didn't she live with that family until 2016? Yet she was raped in 2014? Come on! What a scumbag!

 Juli Cuccaro completely lied, took advantage of the family and laughed about it. Juli did this before to another family that she lived with for a short time. She said that she was pregnant with the father's dead baby. Lucky for them she didn't make that claim to the police. She is seriously screwed up in the head and needs to be locked away.

First I want to say that I have been to Five Sons Winery a few times and it has been WONDERFUL.  The family is one of the finest families I have ever met.  Their boys are all successful, talented and kind young men. 

I unfortunately know the Cuccaro family and there is a lot more to this story that what was said in the media.  You have to ask yourself why someone would move in with the Mesiti's extended family 9 months after she now says this happened and live there for a year.  I only wish I had warned the Mesiti's about Juli Cuccaro before they tried to help her.  I am not at all suprised she did this to them after they fired her from their business for making threats.

There is nothing to fear by going to this amazing business and meeting a wonderful family.

Adam Mesiti is innocent of the allegations made against him.  This is an individual who moved in with extended family members of the Mesiti family over 9 months AFTER she claims this happened. 

She lived with the extended family for over a year.  She threatened Mr Mesiti and his wife at the end of the year with "If you don't kiss my a$$ I can say whatever I want and destroy you."  She was promptly fired from their business.  This individual made good on her promise and made these ridiculous allegations over 2 years after the supposed incident. 

The investigator happens to be friends with the individual AND friends with every person who made a statement against Mr Mesiti!  On top of that the inestigator dropped 59 charges and threatened to investigate another family member if Mr Mesiti did not plea guilty to a single charge!  Corruption at it's finest. 

The Mesiti's are wonderful people and their business is fantastic.
