Complaint Review: Five Star AKA LSS Inc. Several Aliases

I had a Josh Calby come to my door selling magazine subscriptions to help get his "business" started. I bought Disney Adventure magazines for my children and paid 35.00 which the check has been cleared with my bank. I purchased these April 17 and it is now Aug 23 and still no magazines. There is no number or email address on the card. Obviously this is a scam being that I've seen this same incident with different company names but all LSS in Aubrey TX.
