Complaint Review: Five Star Fairings

I ordered motorcycle fairings from fivestarfairings I got my credit card approval number and they are saying it did not go through. This is not the first time a few months ago I tried to order and they told me the same thing after I got approval number, I figured it was a glitch or something but now I am really thinking they are doing fraudulent business because I got a letter from my bank saying my card had been compromised. I also got an email from them stating they called my bank to get authorization, which seems really fishy since all they have is my credit card # and not my bank info.

This is the email they sent me. Jason,  We attempted to run your payment and had a common security issue with your credit card. We contacted your bank and have been given authorization to run the payment. Your order is still processing and we will inform you via email when you fairing kit is complete along with a photo of your finished kit for you to verify.  If you have an questions or concerns please contact me at Lisa@fivestarfairings.com.    Thank you,Lisa  Now they are stating it will not be processed.
