Complaint Review: Five Star Fairings

This company is a SCAM!

On July 16th, 2012 I placed an order for a fairing kit on my credit card for my boyfriend's motorcycle. A couple of weeks passed and I had not heard from Five Star Fairings. I called their customer service number and spoke to "lisa" who informed me that I would receive a picture via email with the finished product (after it has been sealed with a final coat) so I can confirm the order was correct. Since then I have not received any emails after checking multiple times a day. I phoned again and spoke with someone else that assured me the picture was coming and that it was very busy.

So now (October 2012) after about 6 emails and speaking with 2 people over the phone, I have still not heard anything from them. They never respond to any emails and now when you call their customer service line a voice mail message comes on which states that everyone has gone to a conference and will not be back until Monday the 27th. Well this was in August (August 27th) . It is now October and I am furious. They have taken $600 from me. This was supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend. Well now I have been researching them on the internet and it looks like this company is a BIG SCAM.

DON'T BUY AYTHING FROM THEM!

I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!
