Complaint Review: Five Star Ford Stone Mountain

Five Star Ford ripped me off and processed my loan for higher than they should have, impacting my interest rate. I was adamant about only needing $500 gap insurance but they still added other fees to my vehicle and made me sign for them without telling me there would be additional charges.

It was closing time and I was rushed through the buying process, so I didn't realize what happened until later. I was told to sign several documents and unaware that I was consenting to $1400 in unwanted charges.

Someone offered to take a point off my interest rate since they were dishonest, but later reneged and wouldn't return my calls. I asked them to contact me by email for documentation, but they continued to contact me by phone. I've tried to reach the General Manager Nick Hobbs several times, but never received the courtesy of a response after repeated attempts via phone and email.

I received a letter stating to contact Nick Hobbs if I had any questions or concerns about my purchase. I thought the least he could do was give me the courtesy of a response when I reached out to him like he instructed me to if I had a problem with my purchase.
