WOW, I WISH I KNEW WHERE TO START. I BOUGHT A 02 NISSAN MAXIMA FROM FIVE TOWN NISSAN.I SAW ANOTHER CAR ONLINE AND WANTED TO GO DOWN THERE TO CHECK IT OUT. WHEN I GOT THERE SINGH WHO PRETEND TO BE A RELIGIOUS GUY ,STATED TO TELL ME ABOUT HIMSELF AND HIS BACKGROUND I SHOULD HAVE LEFT RIGHT IN THERE. BUT I LISTEN TO HIM AND RESPECT HIS BELIEF. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO LOOK AT THE CAR THAT I CAME FOR IT WAS A PIECE OF SH****T THAT THEY WERE ADVERTISED ONLINE. BUT STILL I WANTED TO GOT SOMETHING I WAS SHOWN OTHER CARS THAT I DID NOT LIKE UNTIL I SAW THAT 02 MAX. WHEN BACK INSIDE I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD PAY $ 16292.80 I WAS HAPPY AND WAS WAITING FOR THE RATE AND FINANCE CHARGES AND STUFF. I HAVE A SINLESS CREDIT WITH $25.000 CARD FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS AND I WAS THINKING ABOUT A 6, 7 EVEN 8 % RATE OH NO.. IT WAS 12% BUT THE FINANCAIL MANAGER TEDDY ASSURED ME THAT AFTER A COUPLE PAYMENT I CAN COME BACK AND THEY WILL LOWER THE RATE FOR ME. I WAS A LITTLE SURPRISED BY THAT BUT I SWALLOED IT. TOOK THE CAR HOME THE SAME NIGHT THE CAR ALARM WENT OFF AND DID REFUSED TO SHUT OFF. ADDED UP TO THAT THE ANGINE, TRANSMISSION, TANK LIGHT WERE ON ON THE DASKBOARD. WHEN I CALLED THEM THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS A SUNDAY I WAS TOLD THAT THEERE WERE NOONE TO SERVICE MY CAR,,, I WOULD HAVE TO DROP IT OFF UNTIL MONDAY.. ON MY WAY OVERTHERE I GOT A FLAT I NOW DID NOT WANT THE CAR ANYMORE. WHEN I FINNALY GOT THERE I WAS POLITE AND TRYING TO SEE IF I CAN GOT ANOTHER CAR I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY TITLE AND SELL THEM THE CAR AND PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE.. as i wish.. ONE DAY AFTER BUYING THE CAR FROM THEM. I LEFT THE CAR ON WHICH I DID NOT GOT BACK UNTIL A WEEK AFTER TO FIND OUT THE SAME PROBLEM WERE THERE. THE CAR WAS LOSING POWER, VIBRATES AT 35 M/H REAR SIDE LIGHT CAME OFF, STEREO SYSTEM PLAY ON ONE SIDE, FRONT AXCEL WAS MAKING A WEIRD NOICE,ALIGMENT, WELL WHAT WAS NOT WRONG WITH THE CAR ON TOP OF THAT NOONE WANTS TO HELP YOU WHILE YOU ARE PAYING ALMOST $30.000 FOR A 15.000 CAR. THOSE A**HOLE THINK THEY ARE SMARTER THAN EVERYONE BODY. THEY EVEN CLAIMED THAT AS SOON AS YOU LEAVE THE LOT WHATEVER HAPPEN TO THE CAR IS YOUR PROBLEM. THEY RIPPED ME OFF THOSE SCAMED BASTARDS AND WISH THAT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO DO IT TO ANYOONE ELSE. UNTIL NOW I'M PAYING TO MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET TO FIX THE CAR BCOZ THEY SAID THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY LEMON CAR.BUT WORD GO AROUND WHEN YOU KNOW ENOUGH PEOPLE AND WITH THE INTERNET. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FIVE TOWN NISSAN AT 600 BURNSIDE AVE INWOOD NY 11096

It is with the person that you took the car to to inspect it before you bought it. You did have it inspected didn't you? If not, then the blame lies with you. Yo know what 'As-Is' dont you? You buy the car as it is. Pretty simple. If you do not have it inspected, well, your fault.

Also, where in the contract does it say that you can come back in after a couple of payments to reduce your rate. I am betting nowhere.

Lastly, please take off the CAPS. Reading your CAPS is almost annoying as you trying to come off as a victim when you are at fault.

People, why cant everyone take some responsibility and say that "I screwed up. I bought the piece of $#@!. I did not have the car inspected. I agreed to the dealers outrageous price."
