Fiverr International Ltd. FIverr Blocked my account and blame me that I shared my personal account to client for working with him individually
Hello sir,
This is Munna Honey, I am a 3d artist on Fiverr. My account has been blocked without any proper reason, I have mailed the fiverr support team but they don`t give me any proper reason against my complaint of the account disabled.
These are the issues which the fiverr team blamed:
1) They said I was trying to get paid through a Paypal account. I can`t get paid in paypal because paypal is already banned in Pakistan as everyone knows. And I didn't do anything like that, You can check my chat with a client.
2) They said It seems that I was trying to work through upwork or whatsapp directly to the client. The reality is that my client was talking about upwork and freelancer, I just told him that I am also working in freelancer and upwork too, I didn't share any link to my client, You can check my chat.
I am also asked them to send me my chat screenshot with my client in which I shared any link, Because I know I didn`t share any link. Fiverr Blocked my account just because of doubt, They don`t have any proper reason or proof or anything else by which It proof that I am guilty. I will be very thankful to you. Thanks.
