FIVERR Did not get service I paid for San Jacinto California
I used a subcontractor from FIVERR (someone outside of the US) to design a book covers for three books. The first one was never done right and the last one went horribly wrong from simple wording to mixing up the title with a title and cover picture from another book. It took over a week when it should have been done in two or three days. This is the second time this has happened (with another subcontractor) however they did do a very good job on book number 2.
FIVERR tried to tell me my cover was done right (On book #3) and was delivered completed which it never was. Then they refuse to give me back my money and instead offer me 15% off of my next project! WHAT A JOKE! My next project is to inform the bank to get all my money back.
