Fix-It-Right Appliance Repair Nashville Company failed to repair microwave and will not refund $148 Nashville Tennessee
They made a service call and charged my senior citizen mom $198 to fix her microwave only to never deliver the promised parts and they will not send refund. The company says they charge a $50 service fee and the owner said they would refund the $148. After at least a dozen calls the check never arrives. Do every use this "Never-Fix-It-Right" company. Owner's name is Heath and they are based out of Joelton, TN.
