Fixflash - Geeks On Site They took money out of my bank account without my permission twice in one year. A big chunk of money and I had to call and tell them give it back which they but they do it without asking no e-mail reminder or anything. and I don't like it. Because it is not their's to take without asking me first. They just take. Miami Florida
In July of 07 I needed help with my computer so I looked in phone book and called a place called fixflash or aka Geeks on site. They said that it would be $240 for six months and so I said okay and a guy came out and fixed it. And they did not cash the check until January of 08, which was fine cause I needed their help and so I used them. But what I did not know that every six months whether I used them or not they were just going to take money out my account t. Which this year I have not. And so six months ago they out 240 out of my account and I had not authorized it and so the bank gave it back to me. I had called and said that I wanted the money and so I got it back and I thought that was the end of that situation and that it would not happen again, but it just yesterday. And this time it was for 30 dollars more. It was for 270 this time. They just decide that every six month they can just take money out of your account without asking or sending an e-mail and letting you. And that is just plain wrong. And so I called they them yesterday and told them that want my money back. It is wrong to do this to people and so I think that are a scam cause you have to watchout for this, they do not have the right to just take money out of your account without asking or even sending an e-mail and letting you know that it is time to renew and do you even want to. They just take and don't care! And I think that people should know about this don't you?
