i tried to request a refund because i didn,t get any positive results,.when you try to email billing inquiiries,the email address comes back invalid.i tried three-five times to no avail.got no results.

try this e-mail first support@fixya.com or surpreamesupport@fixya.com and give them your information date and log in, they are behind somewhat but they will getto you, they are not rip offs But things do happen, we try to please as many people as we can. I will be watching for a reply from you and will letthe administrater know about the issues, Please inclde the date your user name and if possible your chat log. Thanks for your time.
