I wish I had done my research before buying a product from this company as it seems they have a reputation for horrible customer service after you buy a product.

I purchased a product and successfully completed the transaction - or so I thought. After the 30 days they charged my credit card and they said it would not go through.  It was around that time that I had a cc number breached so that account was closed. They said they tried to contact me "once" by email and I did not reply so they sent it off to a collection agency.  The collection letter was the first I had heard of any of this despite they had all my information to contact me any numerous of ways.  After I asked about them about them contacting me as I keep all my emails they sent me an email that did not reflect the companies name  by and individual and they sent it to me as me in the BCC.  Anyone, especially a company would know that sending an email to a BCC address it will most likely be flagged as junk mail especially from an unknown address.  I am also dubious of the email they pasted in the email to me as it is just text they supposedly sent me.

When I contacted them they not only were not helpful at all but very combative in nature and stated "If anything we should be the ones who are upset here."  I wasted a lot of time here just to get this straightened out and want people to be aware of how this company does business and treats its customers.
