Complaint Review: Fl Movers - Capital Group - AAA Star Gold

Fl movers ,capital group , aaa star gold these are all the same company. I went to orlando fl to move my mother sandra *** from fl to ca. We called several different moving companys this moving company quated me 1198.00 . us dot:133757

Than they come to pick up household goods . 1/30/06 6:00 pm ok never told me that there would be 3 different companys . I get back to ca cal for deliever and than they wont 1608 more than the 1198 i all ready paid .

So they get there money and all of my stuff is not there i contact the company they tell me call this number and talk to dona and she will help me .

She say she will send me claim forms but she dosenot send them i call again and talk to amanda again shes she will send claim form . still no forms . I have made to different complaits with the bbb .
