Complaint Review: Flag City Furniture

Flag City Furniture I purchased a mattress in February 2017. The mattress has a dip in it and is making sleepimg very unconfortable. I called to have someone come and look at it but they will not honor my sale without the original sales receipt. I would think they would have one on file since it's only been around 4 months ago. They told to just flip the matress. I feel that this is unexceptable. Findlay Ohio

I purchased a mattress at Flag City Furniture back in February of 2017. It has a dip in it and makes sleeping uncomfortable. I notified the store about the issue but without the original receipt they would not help me with this matter. I was told to flip the mattress over and to deal with it myself.
