I had a loan with this company. I traded in the vehicle the loan was on back in January 2016, it is now June of 2016 and Flagship and has dinged my credit 3 times for deliquent status of payments. I called them in March of 2016 when I first found out, they told me they never got the payoff for the car, Flagship basically threw away the payment that came from the dealer that took my trade in for the car that was on the loan. The dealership sent in another payment after having to chase supervisors around to get an exact address to where the check is supposed to be sent. Dealer send the payment and confirms they will be reporting to the credit agencies to repair my credit.  It is now June of 2016 and I get a noticed that I have a 3rd deliquent status for 90 days on my credit. I contacted Flagship only to be transferred around a few times before being told someone will call be bacj because customer service is unavailable at the moment. This company is fraudulent.
