This place is a complete rip off. We arrived at this disgusting hotel on a friday night, after being in the room for 30 mins, i flipped the sheets and saw a live crawling BED BUG under the blanket!! my 3 year old freaked out. i called the front desk and they REFUSED to give us another room due to us being on a promotion which is NOT their policy. we could not find another hotel vacant that fast at 12am.

we went to the pool the next morning because we had to get out of that nasty room, no attendants in the pool area, no life guard but  3 small children were swimming in the pool with no life jackets.

we got ready to go to the presentation, this appointment was booked under my mother who is single for 5 years now. my mother booked this weekend and clearly she was qualified to book as single or else they wouldn't have booked anything for her. we arrive and they asked my mother where her husband was, she said she's single, divorced for 5 years now. they told her sorry we can't let you come aboard on this time share presenation because you're single and have a ring on your finger which is a total rip off!! that was so personally insulting to my mother. i asked to see their policy about rings and being single. 3 diffrent women refused to show us their policy. then they told us we'd have to pay out of pocket for the hotel room because part of the deal is that you have to go on the presentation and that was their fault!!! KELLY DAVENPORT was smiling at this entire situation when we had drove 3 hours away, came across bed bugs, were not given a new room and now we were just denied going on this presentation!!! i spoke to WILLIAM HARRIS, another rude worker there that scammed me of my $100 they charged me to hold the room that i was supposed to reimbursed for!!!!!

 

There is no free wifi, there is no free parking garage. there were nasty pubic hairs all over our bathroom floors. moldy smell throughout the hotel room. long wait for an elevator. this place is ran by GHETTO PEOPLE GIVING GHETTO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
