They have held our payment for more than 2 weeks now for no reason.. and once they stop your payment they do not inform for days. Our account representative "Nick" does not respond to emails.... "Customer Service is Horrible". 

We have not received any chargeback, when I call them they told me to call iPayments

Ipayments asked me to send documents for some orders, which I sent promptly on 22nd November.... but till now more than $10,000 is held by them for No Reason.
