I ordered an automotive computer called a PCM which meens Powertrain Control Module from them. First they sent me the wrong PCM and when I called them, they tried to tell me I ordered the wrong part, although I had called them before I ordered the part to confirm it was correct. When I finnaly got the right one, it had the same problem the original one had. When I contacted them about the problem with the PCM, Nicole (customer service representitive) sent me a 5 question to which I answered. However, this was not addiquate. I gave her contact information to my mechanic. no attemt was made to contact him. Finally, it was made clear they do not want to Honor there warranty and just stopped communication with me.  After this B.S, I went online and found hundreds of complaints against Flagship1 inc. The Better Buusiness Bureau has 84 complaints alone, and flagship1 has only been in business for nine years. Seems Flagship1's corporate model is to sell crap online, then screw the consumer. If you are thinking of doing business with this company, DONT DO IT.
