i won my bidding on a set of paring knives from flames n knives on october 13th 2004 on ebay the item # is 4328466619 which i payed with paypal. item was sold for 16.86 shipping was 7.95 and there was insurance which i didnt pay for which was 1.85 for the final total was 26.66US i only payed 24.81US with out the insurance .
he emailed me on october 22 2004. now he wants me to add 12.50 for international shipping in stead of the 7.95 and in his discription doesnt say international shipping cost and the name he wants me to send to is different (his shipping department) so i dont think i should send the extra payment to him thank you

After further review I did deliver the product at given price and this buyer left me positive feedback on ebay so please take this false claim off the internet

This seems to be a big misunderstanding. If you read the auction terms & conditions it clearly states to contact us before bidding for international rates if not listed. I am willing to send this person there product if they take this claim down off the internet
