On July 9th, 2007 my car was towed by Force One Recovery, Inc because I was four weeks behind on my car payment. On July 10th, it was towed to Dandy Wheels located at 1116 S State Road 7 Pompano Beach, Fl 33068. The car remained at this location until July 17th, 2007 when I arrived at approximately 8:25 am to pick up my vehicle.

When the vehicle was brought around to the front, the rear passenger window had been taken off track, and the back seat storage compartment had been totally ripped out and sat into the back seat. The seats were covered in grease and the convertible top had ripped out from inside of the vehicle. When I asked the worker what happened to my vehicle he asked Wasnt it already like this? I then called Sean the recovery manager with Flamingo Financing (Dandy Wheels is owned by Flamingo Financing. They are also the parent company of Car Plaza, Inc.{where the car was purchased}) who stated that I should call Force One Recovery, speak to Emilio and get the condition report. Emilio stated that nothing at all was wrong with the car when he dropped it off at Dandy Wheels and an employee for Dandy Wheels signed off on his condition report on July 10th agreeing the car was in good condition.

I then asked Dandy Wheels for their condition report and they told me that they didnt have one. I then called Sean back and he told me that they (Dandy Wheels) did have one and they faxed it to him and it stated that everything was fine, however this report was not provided to me.

After I was told this, I asked if I could speak to anyone else and I was informed that Sean was the highest person I could speak to. The manager at Dandy Wheels then spoke to Sean on the phone and told him, Well he wouldt have had to worry about this if he paid his bills on time. They spoke for a few minutes longer and then the manager told me that it was probably the towing company and not them so I should file a complaint with the tow company and that there was nothing more they could do.

Now they want me to continue to pay for the car regardless of the damage done to my car. (tsk)
