FYI- This information has already been sent to the owners of the market.

FIFM RE LLC in Colorado. Rob Sieban-CEO

Absolutely terrible management. Most vendors will be leaving after the 2018-2019 seasonal tourist time.

Management charges a vendor $75 if not open at exactly 8AM and closes earlier than 4PM. We have seen charges to vendors in excess of $250 fees for vendors failing to open even if sick in the hospital.

Rats and other rodent infestation along with very bad electrical wiring (fire trap) pairing with the incompetent management will doom this market pretty quickly. This is a shame as the market has been here a long time and in just 3 years time the new management has ruined it for everybody.

The owners of this company would be well advised to replace the current management with a person/group that understands the concept of customer service and the importance of the vendors paying to be there. Current management is raising the rents so high that nobody will be there soon and nobody will even think about renting there. The current manager, Bill, seems to think his place is at the bar the whole weekend! Very unprofessional!!

I for one can get a petition with 99% of the vendors signatures elaborating the poor management in place now, rodent problems, and faulty electrical. The health department, fire department, and local news media will be notified of these problems and verifiable evidence will be produced.
