Complaint Review: Flamingo Pools

On October 19, 2011 a contract was signed to  begin payment of a swimming pool at my home.  Over 5 months later the pool is not complete.  The representatives that are there do not take care of there customers, do not answer their phones and do not  return calls.  They give you the run around and do not get anything dne.  When they began building the pool they used my bricks because they did not have enough suplies, they used my equipment since their contractors did not have any equipment.  They trashed my back yard, and during these five months i have asked them to cover the hole, since it is a saftey concern fr me and the children as the yard is very dark at night and someone may fall in.  The owner has lied about everything o include the equipment and material used.
Please, Please save your money and go with somone else as they will torture you and lie to you just to get your money.  He claims to go to church, during the evnings thus he will ever have time for you nor will he ever have time for you during the day "he is a busy man and never is available" according to their clerks.

I have had to manage and oversee the consruction as they do not know what to do and how to do it, they hire ayone to

As always, we welcome all feedback and would like to proceed in addressing any and all complaints, grievances and dissatisfaction to the best of our ability.

 

In our 33 years of business, and 6,200 pools later, we still lament any displeasure on behalf of any Flamingo Pools customer. Our career has been a long one, but we remain apologetic to those few case-specific clients who may have been and remain disgruntled.

 

We are deeply apologetic for any distress the delay in construction may have caused you and your family. The construction process in the winter season can be a bit lengthier than the summer, and we apologize, truly, if the experience wasn’t what you hoped it would be. Your business is invaluable to us and we’re very sorry for any dissatisfaction during the building phase of your pool purchase. We can only hope that you’re pleased with the finished product, and that your completed pool is a happy and welcome addition to your home.

 

We are always grateful for the opportunity to respond to feedback and will always do so.
