Mr. Charles Bacichett from Acqua Flamingos condominiums in Nuevo Vallarta Nayarit Mexico is a dishonest scumbag. My wife and I rented out a unit last spring break online through direct contact with the "owner" Charles Bacichett, we had seen pictures of the unit and it looked beautiful. When we arrived in Mexico everything went good until we entered the Unit, which didn't have sheets on the bed, had a hole in the ceiling, mold on the livingroom wall and was just in horrific disgusting conditions. We went down to talk to the administration as we thought maybe they gave us the wrong unit. They said that that was how the owner had left it and that we had to deal with the owner as that was the unit booked for us.  We immidiately called Bacichett from the administration office and he said he was in a "meeting" in his office and he would be down shortly. One hour later he came down and told us that he had never authorized that rental and he did not own the unit. I nearly beat him I was so furious, the administration said they could not give information about who authorized the rental and that if we didn't like it we could go stay somewhere else. I could not believe what had happened I started freaking out and some man called Mr. Raul Ruiz came into the room and told us that if we didn't calm down we were going to have serious problems. I got into a verbal fight with him and he said the police were on their way to take us to jail. I don't trust Mexican authorities so we decided to leave. I cancelled my credit card charges which were $1400 and decided to stay at a different resort this time in the Marina of Puerto Vallarta. The next day I realized my credit card had been charged $400 and so I cancelled that again. The next day I was charged $2500 and I had to change all my bank information and cancel that again. I spent half of my trip dealing with making sure they didnt steal my money because obviously Bacichett sold out my card info to somebody.
