Bought cabinets from Flannery's home center.   They arrived and were incorrect.  The doors were all wrong.  They told me they would order correct drawers and fix... it is now over 5 months.  I've called over 15 times and emailed 3 times.   David will make out he is helpful but obviously could care less.  At this point I am very upset.

Mr. Flannery noted he would call me back this week... still awaiting a phone call.    As for "agree to disagree comment" the bottom line is we are upset since we paid for something that we did not get and we are getting nothing but the run-around.    Next step I assume will be small claims court?  Newspapers?   Mr. F.... I still await your call.   You promised me now at least 6 times a call back and when I call you are never there.

Firstly, it is an unfair characterization of the facts of/in this matter=for the customers were not "ripped-off". we here at Flannery's interact with 1000's of satisfied customers=we strive to please and always offer superior customer consideration & satisfaction. in the instant matter the customer is "upset" NOT ripped-off. The customers are a husband & wife team who CANNOT AGREE TO DISAGREE! Their home atmosphere is very unpleasant, the pair constantly argue, complain and disagree with each other.

the customers are now upset with and blame Flannerys' for their own original order. the husband & wife Do NOT & Cannot agree with what they want. It would seem they are looking to extort from Flannerys rather than cooperate with Dave; by providing an environment conducive to complete the transaction within. as an aside, NO emails were ever received from the customer. the customer's telephone calls were always returned. the customer references Dave's many attempts to satisfy them.

Despite being in business for over 30yrs, there is always a customer with unrealistic demands & expectations... I am willing to satisfy ALL my customers including this couple. Admittedly, originally the customer's delivery was incorrect (employee no longer with Flannerys). thereupon, the customers order was corrected & they were made whole. However, NOW Flannerys' cannot afford to provide to the these "upset" customers, their "separate" demands for non ordered much more costly cabinets. the customers received what they ordered
