Everything I bring my vehicles in for the past 5 years they try to up sell me on unneeded services. When I came in today I was told I needed an engine flush. Yet last time I was here for an oil change they charged me to flush my engine, but it wasn't in my service record and they are telling me that my engine is full of sludge and needs to be flushed because it never was. Someone stop these crooks. I know I am not the only one they are doing this too as I have friends who have used the same place and experienced the same thing.
