Complaint Review: Flash Templates Website Templates Swish Templates CSS Templates Flash CMS Templates Flash Intro Temp

I placed my order with this company 12 days ago, I figured its a flash template, electronic download, Instant delivery, Right?... Wrong!..these idiots have a over paranoid anti fraud activity program going on, so I had to wait to pass their fraud screening, Ok... no problem, I will go ahead and wait, maybe there is allot of fraud and I should be more understanding, Right? Wrong..I wait 3 days for my approval email, what I got was an email , "sir, in order for us to verify this order we will need a phone #". Which I had already provided on checkout; So, I reply with my phone #,... 2 days later I get the same email again??.. "Sir in order to verify this order we will need a phone #".. this is true I swear, I couldn't believe it either, I respond," I gave it to you earlier , well here it is again", Finally a rep calls, verifies my info and sends me a link to download my flash template, I was excited till I click on the link and says this link is inactive please contact support department, WTF!!!!

Now I am pissed, so I smoke a cohiba relax, Just go type up a support request, probably a simple mistake, Right? ...Wrong, 7 days later, still no response from these a*s*h***!!!

Today I sent an email at 2pm sending them an ultimatum, saying if by 10pm 2nite I do not have my f*** template I am posting on rip off report, and charging back, yes , you guessed it, so here it is.....Up yours! you bastards.....I love rip off report :)

It's like consumer therapy, LOL
