This company has an F rating with the better business bureau. They have a terrible rating with www.transportreviews.com.
They obvisously don't care about how they handle cars so you should not let them handle yours.
They damaged my car and claimed there was nothing they could do about it. They forced me to pay on delivery and threatened to take my car away if I didn't pay right there on the spot.
They refused to allow me to write on the bill of lading that the car was damaged. When I called the police the police said it was a civil matter. This company committed freud! They strong armed me and held my car captive until I did what they said. The US Government doesn't regulate this industry at all. There is nothing I could have done accept fight this guy in the street.
The Police, the DOT, the attorney general, the whole set up is all in the favor of the trucker who can be the biggest a*****e in the world. This company should be avoided at all cost.
They are one of the worst companies I have ever done business with in my whole life. I'm in my 50's.
