Complaint Review: Flash Your Style

 I took a microblading class from these gals after being told they were very experienced in the industry.  During the two day 2500 dollar class the lack of information received was beyond laughable and inadaquate.  There was a very large group of us in order for them to cash in even more and none of the three triplets has a experience or a clue about the permanent cosemtics industry.  Their lack of skin and color theory was beyond embarassing as they would google EVERY question.  I later found out that Leslie had taken a two day class to learn microbading with no previous experience and was not even allowed to work on a model since the trainer felt she was not ready.  AND she was trained by someone who also had minimal experience in the industry and claims that Leslie stole her manual. 

  I now know that the microblading industry is so new to the USA that these type of classes are popping up everywhere to cash in on unsuspecting students.  DO YOUR RESEARCH and read the reviews on their business page.  There are a few and they will mirror my experience.  Microblading is cutting skin and can drastically change an appearance in a positive or negative way.  Most insurance companies will not even insure students taught in classes by these novices.  I can tell you from an clinical skin background that the triplets DO NOT have what it is you need to learn.
