Flashbyte Digital SUCKS. Lousy service. Abusive to customers. Joshua Tree California
I made the mistake of not doing my due diligence and researching this company prior to signing up for service. In the 3 months I've had the service they've been down more than the 9 years I had cable highspeed internet.
Complaints are never addressed when I emailed Brenda Barnes. Excuses is what they are best at.
I have NEVER been treated the way Brenda Barnes treated me. When I complained of slow service she called me a liar and said the following;

You are not only a liar and thief. Your irrelevant whining about how things were in Cathedral City--where you aren't anymore--is babyish and tiresome. You always seemed to me to be like a mediocre man who thought his wife should be more beautiful because, after all, there are beautiful women out there. I will be happy not to have to read any more of your nonsense.

All this vitriole because I had the audacity to complain about poor service.
Flashbyte also seems to go offline every 3-day weekend. There is no customer service. They Never answer their phones. If it rains or there are high winds Flashbyte goes down.
I cannot put this any simpler; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ABUSIVE, SERVICE SUCKS. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH THEM. BRENDA BARNES IS ONE OF THE MOST DESPICABLE PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH.
I am also contacting the FCC, Joshua Tree C of C, Sky Valley C of C, Desert Hot Springs C of C and Yucca Valley C of C.
These people should be run out of town.
