Complaint Review: Flashlight Gadget Pro

I was offered a free Taclight to complete a survey. I completed the survey and then was asked to pay a $4.95 shipping fee. I made sure there were no other charges, agreed and paid the fee. Now my account has been charged an additional $49.99.

I called their customer service & was told it was a 15 day trial, then you are charged. I never saw anything that said that, the customer service person said it is stated in the terms and conditions.
