I sent an email to support@flashlightx300.com ( this was on the packing slip inside package) i complained about the additional charges. The reply came from Lareina, she said that their offer is a Try-Before-You-Buy-Offer which allows you a 15 day trial period, if no response they bell you for the full price of flashlight $49.99 Trust me and the 1000 other people out who got scammed, none of this information was anywhere on the free gift ad. And to make things worse the flashlight does not come close to having a value of $49.99. I offer to return item, I have all the original packaging and paper, they did not respond to that request in their return email. I want to know what we can do to get our money back.
