Complaint Review: FLAT RATE MOVERS LLC

These guys quoted me a price of $650, then when they packed all my stuff into their truck, all of a sudden they said $2500!!, then i say forget it, and they say, i have to pay them to take the stuff off the truck. i finally give them the ok to deliver my stuff, and they ask for 40% cash up front, and the remainder can be on my credit card. again, I give the ok. they were supposed to deliver in 2 day. that never happend. no one answers the phone. goes straight to voice mail, messages left, for days! THESE PEOPLE STOLE MY STUFF!!, then i get a hold of someone and they say "here is the deal, the check you gave us, we are giving it back to you, and when we deliver your stuff, we want it all in CASH! my guys wont take anything off the truck until we get the money!"  THEY HELD MY STUFF RANSOM! Going on a week now, and I didnt get my stuff, because they say, "we have 15 days to deliver. thats it. we are busy"  Well guess what, PAUL, Juan, ALLEN. they proper authorities were contacted. if a single safty pin of mine is missing, charges will be pressed. Still waiting for my stuff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ITS PHONEY. THE IRS WILL BE DEALING WITH THEM. DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
