I contracted State to stae Movers on October 12 to assist me with my move from Virginia Beach, Va to Des Moines, IA. They subcontract the move with Flat Rate Movers LLC.
 Flat Rate Movers pick up my furniture on October 17, in Virginia Beach, VA. I was told I would receive my furniture on either October 21 or the 22nd. As of today, I have not received my furniture nor will they will not advise me when I call. I have request numerous times for an answer on either where my furniture is or when I will receive my furniture. On their Delivery Information Form, it is stated delivery window to Iowa is 2-15 business days. My complaint is the 15 day was this past Friday, November 4. And I can not get answers regarding my furniture. Nor they do not answer my emails or phone calls.
As of last Friday, Dispatch, Sandra, of Flat Rate movers, advised me that my furniture was in Atlanta since October 20 and was in storage. She could not give a reason why or when it will be shipped to me.
She provide another email address to get the information.

I have file complaints with the Atlanta Better Business Bureau, Georgia and Iowa Attorney General offices, Federal Trade Commission, and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
I started a new position on October 24 in Des Moines for Wells Fargo. I frustrated living with only the few things I have.
