I was calling around to get quote to make my move to another state. I came across this company. Flat Rate Movers. I talk to a guy name Paul and he told me that I need a 100 deposit to hold my spot since I had such a short time to move. There "WAS" a truck going to NC (where i am moving" for the date range i am willing to move. I put the deposit of $100.00. After researching a bit more, I decided not to go with this company after all the bad reviews. I called back Paul and told him I don't want to use his services. Since I called 4 days prior to my move, he said their policy is 24 hours and there is no problem and the refund will be issued. WELL, it has been over a month and I cannot get any answers. Everytime I talk to them, there is always an excuse. I finally was told to "TEXT" Andy who takes care of refunds and he does NOT pick up the phone or respond to your texts or messages. DO Not use this company. Please read the reviews before you pick the a company. I am at least glad I caught early and only lost $100. I feel so bad for the other reviewers that had to go through the headache.
