Complaint Review: Flatiron Aka Peak 5

I would prefer not to waste one more ounce of my time, energy, nor my money on this company, but I feel it necessary to share the information I know about the current status of Flatiron aka Peak 5. They are in fact, ill-equipted to take yet another one of my payments. Why? Because they are not longer in business! The website for Peak 5 has been dramatically, simplified in the last day, but provides some information as to what company may be handling our payments. Check it out, www.peak5.com. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism that the staff of Peak 5 has displayed! Although, I must be fair in proclaiming that there was one woman who always treated me with respect and dignity. Thank you, Irene! Unfortunatly, my experiences with Peak 5 have extended from that dreadful day in 2003 when I decided to purchase a mini-van. Unaware, that con-artists lurk, sometimes in the most obvious places. I too, have endured unfair and questionable treatment by these people. Needless to say, my fight is far from over... I wish everyone the best of luck in their furture endevours and the knowlege to avoid the corruption of companies such as this!
