Flatiron / Centrix / Peak 5 flatiron I have a car loan and would like to pay on it but have not been able to since june 09' Centennial, Colorado

My last payment was supposed to be october 09'.I should already have the title to my car. I have payed on this loan for 6 years.


The last bill that I recieved was in june 09',which I payed $322.00. That would have left me 3 to 4 payments untill the car would finally be mine. Well that is not the case. I have not received another bill and could not reach anyone by phone. when i called i was directed to another number. 1-877-761-3111. this company after 3 days of calling told me that flatiron/peak5 had closed its  doors. i was told to call back in a few days because they had no information about my loan.  I called back in a few days again they had no information for me or my loan.  I was told that yet another company may have my loan...Sunshine state credit union...I looked them up on the net and found 8 non working numbers.


Now recently I have checked my credit and found that peak5 is adversly affecting my credit for non payment. the amount that they say i owe is correct accept there is my last payment added on to the total. the check that i sent was cashed.


All I want is for  peak5 to correct the error on my credit and to send me information on who i owe my last payments to so i can get the title to my car.
