I have been a customer of Flatiron formerl Centrix for about 4 years. Being that I had and still have bad credit, like alot of the hardworking people of this country, I needed a dependable vehicle, due to having a child on the way, Centrix was the only company to finance my 2002 Hundai. I was offered a 21 % interest rate, which was expected, with a $374.00 a month payment for 6 years.

For the most of my loan I have been the only income in my home and have struggled to pay everything in a timely manor, as I am sure alot of people can relate to. This company from day 1 has been the rudest and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They have harrassed my family, my friends, and coworkers on multiple occasions. I have faxed a letter requesting no phonecalls at work due to the harrassment of my coworkers.

Most of the time I avoid their phonecalls due to the rudeness, and as I have heard this is a common practice. They have no right to harrass anyone!!!! Yesterday, I received a phonecall from a repossession company who reported that this company have reported that I have not made a payment since July?!!! I have most certainly made payments and have the proof!!!!

I have been investigating their claims today and found that they have falsified claims that they had changed their name, when in fact the company filed for bankruptcy!!! Should this not have been reported to the customers of this company? Do we not have the right to know? And still they are rude and unprofessional, to say the least.

I have attempted to refinance this vehicle on many occasions and have been denied due to valuation of vehicle and payoff of loan, so I am stuck with this payment and this so called company. Somebody please save me!!! I am a pregnant nurse and sole income in my home at this time with multiple bills every month, and I try to do the best that I can.

I would first like to tell the nurse to not let rude and unconcerned people offend you. This company's practices are very predatory and these practices have contributed to the corroding of our economy. I paid this company faithfully and my car was repossessed. My history with this company is not one filled with late payments. My note is current and my car is gone!

We all work hard and surely we deserve to ride in a car that won't stop at every red light. I saw where the debt collector responded and said that you should have gotten a cheaper car. The truth is...I've tried that. Lenders don't jump at the opportunity to finance a car that is older and has more miles. Those cars are basically cash only and if we did have $5000 just hanging around in pockets, we wouldn't be here. It bothers me when debt collectors think they have the right to speak any kind of way to people with real issues. We need to be careful how we treat each other and don't dare judge;lest ye be judged. Yeah, I believe we reap what we sow, and the nasty seeds you plant will surely grow.

Planned Parenthood. Do not buy cars you cannot afford. You could have got a vehicle that was $5000 and paid $230.00 a month instead.

If your outcome is more than your income your upkeep will be your downfall.....

you reap what you sow....please read my other responses to other complaints. Its repetitive just like when I worked there. If the shoe fits, wear it. Please read them
