Complaint Review: Flatiron Financial

These people unlawfully took my vehicle. They said I owed them a ridiculous amount of money and that in order to get me car back I had to go throught a "reinstatement" process. This process takes 1 - 5 days and you still have to pay the storage fees for the vehicle. I disputed the amount that was owed because they cannot give me proof that I owe this! On top of that I found out that there were several payments that were made to them that they either did not credit to my account or they held on to and then said they were late. At this point I do not know how these people are getting away with this. I am seriously contemplating flying out to Colorado and attempting to resolve this at their office. How can someone take you vehicle and get away with it??
