Complaint Review: Fobcat Co. Ltd.

I ordered two items from this company back on Decemebr 13, 2004. Received a e-mail confirmation of my order on the 14th.

The problem is that in their e-mail their is no information regarding if the products are in stock or when they will ship.

I have been waiting now for several weeks for my shipment. have called three (3) times inquiring as to the wheare abouts of the products and no one will return my call. Each time I call, no matter what time of day it is I get an answering service, I give them an order number and am promised that someone will call. Noooot.
I feel like they have ripped me off. Their service and delivery is the worst. I just want my money back.
