WARNING Flawless Icon Med SPA IS SCAMMING DURING COVID19.

I found Flawless Icon Med SPA on Instragram and thought I would travel to the state Florida to try them one day.

I found a special they had for $180 for 2 areas of choice for perm hair removal services. I called to schedule and pay $180 over the phone.The appointment was scheduld over the phone and I gave my credit card info over the phone. No receipt was emailed/texted or any other type of communication.

 A week before my appointment COVID19 was all over the news and states were demanding lock downs. I called Flawless Icon to reschedule my appointment. I was told the DO NOT reschedule I could come in ANY DAY and ANY TIME as a walk-in for services.  Well, this was back in April2020...fast forward to Jan 2021, I called to request a refund due to COVID19 and the personal decision I made not to travel to state FLorida.

First, I spoke with Noah the reception and she was very apologetic and advised me to email the owner and due to COVID19 refunding would not be a problem. Noah promised to call me back within 24 hours to follow up. I hung up and sent the email requesting the $180 refund and waited 24hours for a response. Well, NOTHING occured, no response-no call back, NOTHING! I called back to Flawless ICon and spoke back with Noah.





Noah entire demeanor had changed. She asked that I RESEND the email to the address she had provided and said, thye had a NO REFUND POLICY because of the special/discount rate. I WAS LIVID!!!! Refund Policy? I had never heard anything about a refund policy and never received any communication regarding this policy. Noah told me that the owner would contact me AFTER the first week of New Year and they could send me $180 worth of products. I tried hard to maintain my calm -cool demeanor but I told Noah that THIS WAS BAD BUSINESS!!!! The next day the owner emailed repeating NO REFUND policy (that I never knew anything about) with a screenshot of a text to someone name ANGELA BROWN and said this was ME!!!! 

This place is scamming during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC...BAD BUSINESS!!! I prepaid in good faith and was TOTALLY SCAMMED OUT OF $180.00!!!
