This guy scammed me with a fraudulent contract and attorney. He then tries to sue me and a number of others that I’m just finding out about if you research Hampton city court house he has been doing this for some years. A lady reached out to me, another victim and all of our stories are similar. This guy scams people for a living. His name is RICHARD and he goes by RICK he changed his name to Justin Browne now.He is convicted for scamming welfare also according to a INDICTMENT from Isle of Wight circuit court docket in 2009. I will be joining forces to get this person stopped. He can’t keep doing this to people.
