Complaint Review: FLC Development LLC

Floro Lorenzo Cruz, Pres. & CEO of FLC Development,LLC promised to extend a business loan in the amount of $3M provided that I deposit $300,000 of my own money on his account in which he termed as stand-by money and within 90 banking days - I will get $3.3M including my $300K stand-by earnest money. This whole business transaction happened with the strong recommendation of my accountant. I gave Floro Lorenzo Cruz the $300K last Oct. 2006 and until this very day (Dec.20,2009), I haven't seen a dime of my $300K. Unfortunately, we are 5 victims in this wild rip-off and the total amout that Floro Lorenzo Cruz was able to swindle from our group was $550K and I have the biggest chunk. Most importantly, I have all the documents that you would need to make his life miserable and make him rot in hell. My house is now in the process of foreclosure because I am just out of funds to pay for the $300K HELOC loan I took against my house to satisfy his requirement to obtain a $3M business loan. This is the 4th Christmas that we are spending with the name Floro Lorenzo Cruz posted on our heads as a seasoned professional swindler, scammer, phatological liar, habitual liar, ponzi schemer, thief and a person with no conscience. He is enjoying his life now driving a lexus, avalanche, and a hummer, and living on the top floor penthouse viewing San Francisco Airport and part of the city while we the victims have little to exist. My family will be very appreciative if somebody can extend a helping hand to us and put a stop to this big swindler. I am pretty sure that he has many more victims like us and he is now busy looking for some more bodies to swindle to make some more monies. Thank you so much for the time as well as the space.
